This picture was taken from the sky car that travels over the midway @ Cedar Point. Since the skycar just sits on a wire, it's not still enough to get any kind of great timetime shots so of course you get the jiggly effect. In this case, I thought it was kinda cool so I posted the pic anyway. For a better view from the skycar, check out the skycar video.
