The oldest building in Havana

There's a long story about this place, but it is the oldest building in Havana, if I recall correctly. Every year to celebrate freeing Cuba from the Spanish, the citizens make a trip around the tree & say a prayer for good luck. This tree is the 7th one to be planted in the same spot, coinidentally in 1959, when Castro took over, marking a new era for the cubans.
