I was a little disappointed with this one. I had my neutral density x 8 filter + circ. polarize, ohwever I didn't get as long as exposure as I had hoped. It was still long enough to smooth out the water though. Specifcially, I was after the effect you can see a bit of with the water running down the steps, towards us.
