I think this was Day 4 or 5.... our first "encounter" with any type of civilization since we had met the local fisherman from Mattice (Day 2). After that.... NO ONE until we hit Moosonee! It was awesome! A great, remote experience that made it worth it to go in June, ahead of the peak season.... even if the blackflies & mosquitos were nasty.
