I decided I wanted to rent my canoe from Algonquin Outfitters, which is outside the park, on your way in. The canoe I rented was a Swift Shearwater... specific for solo canoeing. I left early Sunday moring (5:30 AM) to reach the store before 9 AM, grab the canoe, then head into the park.
